Island 106 is looking for interns!
Our internship program is one of the best in Panama City, as we give opportunity to experience and grow in many aspects of the media! Interns work with our morning show to get a real world experience of what goes into running a live morning talk show.
Our internships last 12 weeks and require 10-20 hours a week and are unpaid.
There are 3 major requirements:
1. The intern has a dependable mode of transportation
2. The intern is ready and willing to learn with an open mind!
3. The intern must be over 18 year old.
Our internship program has several branches:
Promotions: Helping out with various Island 106 promotions, including live broadcasts
Web/Video/Technology: Creating online podcasts, social networking, handling any in-studio video, etc.
Sessions:
SPRING: January to May
SUMMER: June to August
FALL: September to December
