Holly O'Connor
Holly grew up near Cleveland, OH and will fiercely defend the city, including the Cavaliers (LeBron James carries the team, of course), the sometimes successful Indians, and the never successful Browns. She would like to remind everyone that this is a rebuilding season for them. After high school Holly headed to Ohio Northern University and graduated with a degree in Communications. At ONU she was a member of Alpha Xi Delta sorority, and she maintains that Kato will never find out her secret handshake no matter how many times or ways he finds to ask her. Upon graduation Holly was lucky enough to land a job in radio in Findlay, OH doing middays at a country station. Although her friends in Ohio and her co-workers in Findlay were AMAZING, Holly has always wanted to be part of a morning show at a Top 40 station. Enter Island 106, the station daring (or foolish) enough to give her the chance to do so. In her spare time you can catch Holly slothing about in her pajamas, watching MANY TV shows including LOST, Grey's Anatomy, and How I Met Your Mother, and finding new places to eat in town. Holly also reads every issue of People and Entertainment Weekly. She loves singing along with the radio, songs with key changes, going to the zoo, riding roller coasters, and spending way too much time on MySpace. Feel free to message her any time!
